multiply each side by 2, and add that
so you'd have [2[(-8x)(x+5)]+7]+[2[(5x^2-9x-3)]]
lets distribute the parentheses first to try and clean up this mess
[2(-8x^2-40x)+7]+(10x^2-18x-6)
are you good so far?

shouldve been (-16x^2-80x+14)+(10x^2-18x-6)
so it would be C.
Thanks Joshua.
