well u Round the number to the thousandths place. 39,015.892491 A. 39,015.891 B. 39,000 C. 39,015.892 D. 39,015.893

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

i all ways get this wrong

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

2 is where the thousanths place is When you round, you add one to the left if it is 5 or more 4 or less and it stays For example Round 57.845 to the nearest tenth So then it will be 57.9 since you brought one over from the 5 the 4 turns into 5 then you can round and bring one more and its 57.9 Now you can apply tht same rule to that one 39,015.892491 If the 2 is the thousanths place go from right to left cant round one so tht stays round 9 and make 4 to 5 since you can round 5 its.....?

OpenStudy (rayman5766):
