57 absolute value is the positive value of a number. So the absolute value would just be 57 opposite, is switching a number from positive to negative, or negative to positive. So that would be -57 So.... C

ill teach you some tricks for closest to the number line its whatever is the lowest number (pretend there are no negatives) for absalute value without them being in | | those they mean nothing but in those negatives turn to possitives and possitives stay positives... and finally oppisite value is the same number but the oppiste of that number (so -8 become +8) and then if it asks you whats the absalute value of blah blah blah doesnt really matter... then its asking for the same number in positive form hope this helped Ultrilliam C/O, -Jayantor495
