When can a person infected with HIV expect to notice symptoms of the virus?

Within 2-4 weeks after infected. Most people get flu-like symptoms. Other symptoms include headaches, chronic cough, diarrhea, swollen glands, lack of energy, loss of appetite, weight loss, frequent fevers, sweats, yeast infections, skin rashes, pelvic and abdominal cramps, sores on certain parts of your body, and short-term memory loss.
