Try adding something about how early violence leads to violence later on,.

Because you are there to learn, not to cause trouble, and your lack of concern for the time taken away from other student's learning is something you should think about.

You can add in there about if you fight in school how will you get an education that that day or days they are kicked out for. And if this still is happing I would bring a police officer in to talk to the kids about what happens in the real world when you get in to fights in out side of the classroom. Include that if you fight you can be sent to jail and have a fine this should work if the fights are still happening
