Are you sure the left hand side is -6z17 ?

thats how it looks

OpenStudy (aum):

Multiply both sides by 17 to get rid of the 17 in the denominator on the left hand side. Divide both sides by 6 The multiply both sides by -1 to get rid of the negative side but since you are multiplying by a negative number the "less than" sign will change to the "greater than" sign.
