yea sorry i know what they mean, so after dividing can you help with the inverse.

I think amistre is saying sin(2x)/cos(2x) = tan(2x)
so you solve
tan(2x) = 2
do you have to do this *without* a calculator?

the tricky part is because you have tan(2x)
you have to find all the angles A from 0 to 2 pi where tan(A)= 2
(because after you divide by 2) the answers will be between 0 and pi
