A grocery store contains 500 pears and peaches. If the ratio of pears to peaches is 3:2, how many peaches does the store contain?

um the 2

I may be doing this wrong but how i figured it out 3 pears for every 2 peaches 3+2=5 and we need 500 fruits so multiply it by 5 300:200

OpenStudy (anonymous):
