My math teacher taught me a lesson today that I really did not understand. He didn't even give us the name of the lesson and I'm trying to figure it out. It has to do with a graphing equation and factoring the first number of it. For example: y=5/4x +2 I would need to factor 5/4. Can someone please tell me the name of the lesson or a link to a video on youtube or khan academy or something?

He was teaching you how to graph?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He was reviewing graphing a bit.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe the slope.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5/4 would be the slope of the graph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

want me to draw a picture?

OpenStudy (freckles):

\[y=\frac{5}{4}(x+2 \cdot \frac{4}{5}) ?\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm trying to figure out the name of the lesson. Sorry.
