Explain
@johnweldon1993
Ok. They are transmitted by using radio waves. Do you know what radio waves are?
not really I have that one single teacher in the whole school for science that whenever you ask her a question she makes you fell like a flippin idiot
Radio waves are an electromagnetic wave of a frequency between about 10^4 and 10^11 or 10^12 Hz, as used for long-distance communication. Such as your question how are they transmitted by sound waves
Get it?
I don't get it completely but I get the basics
Well radio and sound waves are alike. Sound waves are compression waves in that they oscillate in the direction of travel through a medium like gas (e.g., air). Radio waves are transnational waves in that they oscillate perpendicular to the direction of travel in whather medium the wave is traveling in.
So now tell me How are sound waves transmitted through cell phones and cell phone towers?
brb laptop bout to die.
Lol ok
Basically sound waves are transmitted by radio waves. The reason why is because radio waves travel far like sound waves do.
Ok before it dies let me take a wild guess
Ok
damn still died but im back
well since they can travel through the medium in air. I am thinking that they travel through the air medium through the molecules to the nearest tower and then possibly to another tower and then it pings to wherever you are trying to send it. Did I do a good enough good enough job of explaining it?
lol ok
did i?
Yea pretty good
