horizontal lines have equation of the form y=c where 'c' is the y co-ordinate of any point on it. so what is the y co-ordinate in (-2,-2) ?

a horizontal line is represented by " y = a number ". your points are always set up as (x,y) (-2,-2)....x = -2 and y = -2 so your equation is : y = -2 (because the number in the y spot is -2)
