For a health assignment, I have to watch a movie about someone with a mental health problem and write about their coping mechanisms. Some of the movies on the list were, What About Bob?, A Beautiful Mind, I Am Sam, K-Pax, The Aviator etc. Almost all these movies, I don't feel comfortable watching. Does anyone have any ideas for a different movie I could do this on? The assignment said we could pick a different movie instead of one of the movies of the list she gave us. Any Ideas
first i need to know what makes you uncomfortable watching this film?
I looked at the reviews of them and a lot of them have sex, alcohol and drug scenes. If I can't find a better option to watch for that assignment, What About Bob and I Am Sam didn't seem terrible.
Okay! right, I would advise you watched "A Beautiful Mind", I remember not to have sex scenes but has scenes that they are in a bar having beers (not just friends nothing explicit is taken beers and chatting). I know of other films, but seem to be great titles, could watch that weekend and soon after informing whether it is good to watch.
Thanks! I think I might do it on What About Bob. But I did find that I could do it on Finding Nemo for Anterograde amnesia. I don't think I will but on Google that is under the list for movies with mental health...
I don't think that is a good idea because amnesia is not the real point in the movie.
I know. I was joking.
You got me...kkkkkkkkkkk :)
Any other ideas for a movie? Otherwise I will figure it out.
I would have but due to restrictions (sex, alcohol, drugs) I am unable to remember even one, sorry! are difficult films that do not or wrapped to a certain extent this type of exposure. What I can say is that movies are excellent and often even need this kind of scene.
Please do not judge my English, I your Brazilian.
I'm trying to help you and at the same time myself with my English ...
That's okay! Don't worry about it! Thanks for the input!
