Why do solids maintain their shape, whereas fluids do not? because the molecules in solids maintain a regular pattern and move very rapidly because solids are denser than fluids because solids are under greater pressure than fluids because the molecules in solids maintain a regular pattern and only vibrate, or move very slowly

A better place to ask this would be in biology or sumthin :p But if im not wrong I think it's D Becuz when you, for say, hit a table, it vibrates, where as if you hit a pond, the molecules just seperate and slosh around
