adding a on both sides
to negatives make a positive
2b/6=c/6+a/6
times 6 on both sides
(fraction) 6/1*2b/6=2b
other side 6/1*c+a/6
6c+6a
2b=6c+6a
2b/2 6c+6a/2
b=6c+6a/2
