if there was a cure for any genetic disease (maternal-i mean that we focus to X chromosome and it has different side from Y and maybe i dont know it has a much more gene), which point(part) would be focus on?

We would focus on the X chromosome. Someone can be born with only an X chromosome (turners syndrome), however it is impossible for someone to be born with YY or just one Y chromosome. The X chromosome is very important. I can't fully remember the details but X it has to do with the PMAT, the phases of reproduction.
