Usually, yes...If it's a typical superhero story, than probably yeah...But sometimes, in some conflicts, both sides are wrong. And none of them end up winning...

Certainly not. Sometimes conflicts result in mutual destruction. This is the case in most of Shakespeare's tragedies. Take Hamlet for example. In the end, the stage is littered with bodies. No one wins.
