Artifacts are basically just pictures/videos you find that relate to your thesis statement/topic. I did this exact same assignment and it confused me at first too! My power point was on an imaginary Italian immigrant. I googled some pictures of Italian immigrants, living quarters, etc. and inserted those into the power point. Just be sure to cite your sources :) And ask your teacher for help too!!!

The Huck Finn portfolio is a power point where you choose a character to describe. There will be livelessons on it when the time comes. There will also be directions and examples on the message board. You don't have to do it until lesson 8. Hope this helps because I go to CCA too :)
