OpenStudy (amistre64):

um, subtract 'like' elements ....

OpenStudy (amistre64):

what about the operation is confusing to you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont get it in general

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you just subtract the numbers that are in the same position. So since its B-A take 2-1. 1 will be your first number, at the top left of your new matrice.

myininaya (myininaya):

\[\left[\begin{matrix}a & b \\ c & d\end{matrix}\right] -\left[\begin{matrix}e & f \\ g & h\end{matrix}\right] \\ =\left[\begin{matrix}a-e & b-f \\ c-g & d-h\end{matrix}\right]\]
