The quantity of each type of organelle in a cell varies depending on the tasks the individual cell must perform. If a scientist needed to find cells that contained a large number of chloroplasts, where would be the best place to look?

This should be under science.... Anyway, the cells with most chloroplasts would be in the plant's leaves because these are the plant's "sunlight collection" organs, they are made to capture as most sunlight possible. Chloroplasts, which use sunlight for photsynthesis, would therefore be most abundant where sunlight is most abundant i.e. the leaves.
