I've got a quick question.....:)

You are a doctor examining a bone sample taken from a patient with weak bones. You find that the bone tissue contains many small pores. This is most likely caused by
1. inability of the osteocytes to receive nutrients
2. lack of blood vessels in the compact bone
3. reduced bone marrow in the spongy bone
4. overactive osteoclasts
