Question 1. In a square, the sum of the lengths of three sides is 45 and in a rectangle the difference between a length and a width is 5 in. If a width of the rectangle is the same as a side of the square, how long is a length of the rectangle? 15 20 22 24

ok so a square has 4 sides of equal length if 3 sides equal 45 then you find one side by dividing 45/3 so 45/3 = 15 |dw:1413479471045:dw| the width of the rectangle would also be 15 according to the information above. if the difference between the length and the width is 5 then if width is 15 length would be 15 + 5 does that make sense
