expression is \[-3a ^{2}-b ^{3}+3c ^{2} -2b ^{3}\] simplify the expression (notice that the term of variable b combines) \[-3a ^{2}-3b ^{3}+3c ^{2}\] a factor of 3 can be taken out common to simplify the calculations \[3(-a ^{2}-b ^{3}+c ^{2)}\] put in the values \[3(-(2)^{2}-((-1)^{3})+(3)^{2})\] \[3(-4-(-1)+9)\] \[3(-4+1+9)\] \[3(6)\] \[18\]
