Can someone check my work?
1. For the differential equation dy/dt = y sin(y):
(a) List the equilibrium points and classify which ones are sources/sinks.
(b) Sketch the phase line.
(c) Use (b) to sketch solution curves in the t-y plane with initial
conditions:
i. y(0) = 0
ii. y(0) = π/2
iii. y(0) = 3π/2
I got that y=0, pi, 2pi..... are equilibrium points, and that they are all sources. Is that right? So the phase line would have the arrows pointing away from them?
