In the British sector some were ordered to work as Reparation for the British Occupiers but most were questioned Identified and if of No importance Released

the Top war criminal were supposed to be Tried at Nuremberg but the USA was in a Hurry to get home so the British ran its own War trials some of the Guards and waffen SS were punished By the Polish Army Rudolf Hoss the Camp Commandant was Hung in Auschwitz in 1945 and several of the Guards were forced to clean up the mess some of the Female guards captured but there is No records of any trial or Punishments

Paton Used Ex Nazis to run his area as there was no one else qualified

and Eisenhower Had 1.7 Million caged in about 200 Camps where he ordered that they have No food No medical No cover and No toilets He banned the red cross and used the Excuse there was not enough food there was pleanty of food in europe in 1945
