Suyo = yours (formal)  adult or unknown audience

Tuyo = yours (informal)  friend

The usage will depend, as usual, on the audience.  For safety, you can go with suyo in the event the audience is unknown. 

Since the subject of the sentences is Los archivos, which is plural, you need to use the plural form of the pronoun.

Los archivos son tuyos.   or    Los archivos son suyos.
