Hello, I need to write a program in c that does the following:

I'm having a hard time figuring out the pattern for how the numbers will print out.

I can accomplish the printing of all the lines with a nested loop statement

the first loop will be run 2^n where n is the users input this should cover the amount of vertical rows
the second loop will be run n times this should cover the horizontal rows

Problem is making the program print 0 and 1s in the right order anyone able to give me a hint on how I could solve this?
