if the angle of incindent is 60 degrees, what will be the refracted angle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

at any time, incident and reflected angle will be the same. so, there is a principle that reflected+refracted angles =90 degrees. therefore, the refracted angle will be 30 degrees if you an incident angle of 60 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the angle of refraction can be evaluated from Snell's law, if you know the refractive indices of the media involved. you would need to provide more information for someone to actually answer your question the answer is not simply 30 degrees
