nothing wrong with expressing concerns... so long is done respectfully and reasonably
though I'd say the website does provide a good service
but yes... I agree with some.... that their performance if often wanting
they don't seem to handle heavy traffic well enough to minimize delays

I did email them about it a good while back... I gather maybe they've done what they could thus far

but yes... .I do come when is up and moving... and when it's not, I just don't bother
is not so great to follow up lines from others when the lag can be 30secs or so

improvement only comes from recognizing something requires change

that said... I do appreciate what they do.... when they're running well

all i see the problem is connection really cause sometimes it wont let you send messages

well.... yes... but the connection is handled by their webserver, by their end
sometimes the site may run like molasses

but if you point your browser elsewhere, you'd notice other sites load just fine and quick

which means it isn't your connection, is their webserver performance and processing that's running like molasses
