http://prntscr.com/4xhy86 if y(t) is the output signal of the low pass it is given by y(t)=x(t) convolve h(t) where x(t) is the input function into the circuit and h(t) is the impulse response function of the system.\ x(t)=A cos(wt) is the input into the circuit, an AC voltage signal convolution integral is given by this formula http://prntscr.com/4xhyu7 The unit-area impulse of the low pass filter is given by this formula h(t) = http://prntscr.com/4xhz6z ----------------------------------- Trying to solve this convolution integral

I tried to do the integral straight forward as it is, with h(t) as that impulse and bounds of -inf to inf would this yield a right result, im not sure what ill do when im subbing in for the bounds, so im thinking if I should invoke that h(t) =0 for t<0 property somehow, or maybe im supposed to break this into piecewise function, or integral should really be from 0 to inf or something like this HELP :)?!|dw:1413674217941:dw|
