One example of how are body maintains homeostasis is when we are hot we start sweating to realise all the heat if we did not sweat then are bodys will over heat and most likely shut down

Another example of how are body mantains homeostasis is when we are cold we shivver which gives us more heat if we did not shiver when cold we will get extra cold and maybe get too cold but im not sure its enough to shut are bodys system down
