Question

I have downloaded IDLE correctly but i am confused as to how to write scripts and execute them in the shell. With the shell pulled open what steps would i take to get to the editor and then back to the shell and run it?

Start Idle
go to File
then choos New File

You then get a new window where you can type in your program
and then you can run it
the output will go to the original script (or a new) shell window
