To solve this, first you have to replace all the a's and b's to get the equation you have to solve. The equation becomes 4(4) + 7(3) + 3(4) - 2(3). Then, you do multiplication, to get 16 + 21 + 12 - 6. From there, do the math, and get 43, or B.
