Im am working on a compare and contrast essay for my english class. The topic the the difference between people who allow injustice and ones that fight injustice. My Thesis is "What separates the victim from the enforcer is how and where that a specific person or group grew up." I kinda need help starting a conclusion paragraph and how to end it.

I would edit your thesis a bit. Try this:
"What separates the victim from the enforcer, is how and where a specific person or group has grown up." 
Sounds a bit better, no?
