It is indeed C because the ending words of the lines 2 and 3 rhyme while the others don't there fore those lines get the same letters which is B.

Outside and knew do not rhyme long and song do. If you ever read a sonnet the rhyme scheme is abab cdcd efef gg because of the ending words.
