***WILL MEDAL AND FAN!!*** Research how your state spends its tax dollars. When you have studied your state’s expenditures, write 250–300 words in which you summarize the information that you determine is most important. Decide whether your state is doing a good job of balancing its budget and /whether you think your state is putting money to good use in your state. Support your ideas with evidence, and suggest any changes you think your state should make in its budget. (CALIFORNIA)
states like California have lots of state parks start there, understand that most state taxes pay for parks, and public places on state level. Federal taxes pay for Medicare social security and national parks
and education is done through state taxes with federal funding if they meet certain guidelines
Ok so do you think their using the money appropriately?
idk I don't live there, ask yourself whether or not you think the education is fine where its at, whether you feel the amount of police is good, and if the architecture is decent.
And where can I get evidence to support my ideas?
@RyleeC
any source ending with .gov usually your state has its own website that has tons of statistics of what it does with its money, since they have to post it by law.
