Let's work through this answer so you understand it: It can't be appositive phrase beacause it doesn't interupt the sentence. A example of a real appositive phrase<<< The girl, with the blue shirt, walked to the park.<< The appositive phrase in that sentence is "with the blue shirt." It can't be adjective phrase because "during the flight" doesn't even have an adjective in it. It is possible that is can be misplaced modifier because "during the flight" does not modify the penguins. "None of the Above" is possible. The answer is misplaced modifier.
