Which organelle converts chemical energy stored in food into compounds that are more convenient for the cell to use? * Chloroplast Golgi apparatus Mitochondria Endoplasmic reticulum Molecules naturally move from an area of _______ concentration to an area of __________ concentration. * High; high Low; low High; low Low; high Which form of cellular transport moves AGAINST the concentration gradient? * Active transport Osmosis Diffusion Facilitated diffusion

I'm not sure about the first one, but I do know the second one. Molecules would naturally move from an area of high concentration to an area of lower concentration. Think of it as a big city (Area of higher concentration), with lots of people (Cells) living in it. It would become cramped after a while, so people (Cells) would probably get annoyed by being cramped, so they would move to the country (Area of lower concentration) because it has more space.
