simplify completely 12 X +36/ x^2-4X -21 and find the restrictions on the variable

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well factor the numerator and denominator \[\frac{12(x + 3)}{(x + 3)(x - 7)}\] remove the common factor the restrictions are the values of x that make the denominator zero. they should be easy to find now the quadratic has been factored.
