A body of mass 3.0kg slides down a plane which is inclined at 30degrees to the horizontal. Find the acceleration of the body if the plane is smooth. I think I know how to do it, but I'm not getting the same answer as the book.

You need to draw a diagram and resolve the force of gravity into the normal force and the force along the inclined plane.
