The Catholic church fear Galileo for many reasons. One reason that the Catholic church feared Galileo is because Galileo had a history of not listening to authority. This caused fear because even if the church told Galileo to stop being a heretic, he would continue to spread ideas that contradicted the Catholic faith. Another reason that the Catholic church feared Galileo is because he believed in ideas contrary to the Catholic churches teachings. This caused fear because Galileo's theories and ideas contradicted the Bible and other relilgious teachings. In conclusion, Galileo was a threat to the Catholic Church.

The word "fear" in the first sentence should be "feared." Also, a bit repetitive. You said "caused fear" and "fear" a lot. You capitalized Catholic Church in the last sentence, but nowhere else. Otherwise, good.
