Why were Loyalists willing to support continued British rule but Patriots were not? Patriots argued that citizens must give up freedoms to ensure security, but Loyalists disagreed. Patriots were well educated about political and economic ideas, but Loyalists were not. Loyalists believed the British government protected their rights, but Patriots disagreed. Loyalists usually had close personal ties to Great Britain, but Patriots did not.
Its C, and next time I would post this in the History section ;)
nope nope nope its D
Are u sure isnt it C?
I had this in FLVS
N3V3R M1ND. 1TS 4. I meant A. I look it up earlier
It can't be A because patriots didn't support Great Britain
In my opinion i think its C
If it said "Loyalists argued you have to give up rights..." then it would be right but it says patriots
So what is the answer?
I believe it is C
Are you doing FLVS cause this seems like a question I got on a quiz the other day
Yess this is pretty much a quiz but im sure that its a C but I just want someone to confirm that
Its A im really positive.
It can't be A tho because Patriots were AGAINST Britain, the answer A is saying that they were for Britain
I dont know what to do ccswims when u done the quiz did u get a good grade when u put C?
I got a 100, I have a 98.2 in my history class
I'll go back right now to see the question
Okay ill put C and ill see if its right ill let u know
I check on like 4 different people. One even said it was the correct answer. Its A. And this is connexus right? But yeah sure put C. Trying to help here.
But actually go back and see if its right
What test is it?
Thank u alot ccswims I got 100% on that question I put C
Ok
nevermind, good job
It's all in the name. Loyalists remained loyal to Great Britain, while the Patriots wanted independence from British rule. The Patriots believed they were being mistreated and that their rights were being violated under British rule. The Loyalists, however, continued to be loyal to Britain and they believed that the British government protected their rights.
