I can try to explain what it means to you to try and see if that helps. Benevolio see's that theres people who would support the capulets more then the montages and see's that theres's too many to be safe. SO he's trying to tell Mercutio that they need to leave, and it's hot anyways and that he doesn't want to get into a brawl or fight with the capulets. Hope this helped some!
