OpenStudy (ilovecake):

Which integers are less than -5? Chose more than one. Medal. A. -11 B.-7 C.-3 D. 0

OpenStudy (igreen):

You can't tell what's less than -5? It's kind of confusing with negative numbers, but the 'bigger' the negative number seems the smaller it is. So what integers are less than -5? @Ilovecake

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

-3

OpenStudy (igreen):

Is 3 bigger than 5?

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

no

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

-7???

OpenStudy (igreen):

Then it is not a correct answer..look at the solutions.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yes, that's one of them, what's the next one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-11 and -7 are both less than less than negative five because the bigger a negative number is the les value it has.

OpenStudy (igreen):

@GingerSnap1299 You're not supposed to give out direct answers.

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

I wanted to figure it out.

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

so it is A and B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry.. but most people do and I made sure to explain why it was that answer so if another question comes up like this one they will know how to solve it ... my bad.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yes, it is. @Ilovecake

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

Thank you @iGreen

OpenStudy (igreen):

@GingerSnap1299 Yes, but most people just look at the answer and not the explanation..so you just give the explanation and guide them to the answer so they get it on their own.

OpenStudy (igreen):

No problem

OpenStudy (ilovecake):

and thank you @GingerSnap1299

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok. hope you get it right @Ilovecake
