look up synoyms for the same word use words that sound better for example say parched instead of thirsty

Adding to what MaeMore said, you can also vary your sentence length and structure to help give it a less redundant feel. If you are having issues repeating the same IDEAS in your writing you may just need to think of new things to write about or new ways to think of your subject.
