6 problems. No answers please, just explain how to go about doing them.
1) A table with a mass of 22 kg has the following items on it: A box (67 N), small toy (11 N), a pair of shoes (43 N), a stuffed bear (21 N), a pile of rocks (13 N), and a glass bowl (10 N). If the coefficient of static friction between the table and the floor is 0.235 how much force would be necessary to get the table moving? 2) A large box s is being pushed across the floor with a force of 648 N that is 25o above the horizontal. The mass of the box is 80 kg and the coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.13, what is the acceleration of the box? 3) A cannonball is shot of the edge of a cliff horizontally with an initial velocity of 39 m/s. If the cliff is 41 m high, how far from the bottom of the cliff will it land? 4) A ball is kicked at a velocity of 36 m/s at an angle of 45o off the ground. How far away does the it land? 5) Jane wants to measure how tall her house is. She climbs on the roof and drop a rock. The rock hits the ground at 1.06 s. How tall is her house? 6) A man is pushing a bike across the floor with a force of 285 N. If the bike has a mass of 42 kg, and the coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.18, what is the acceleration of the car?
Any help will be appropriately rewarded.
Even help with only one of the problems is greatly appreciated.
