140,000 times (x) = 1910..solve for x
The way I figured this out was to figure out what they are asking. They are askig you to find what percent of the value of the house (140,000) is 1910? In math that translates to x% * 140000 = 1910. Divide both sides by 140000 and then multiply the result by 100 to find the percentage.
