How much heat is produced in high energy alternatives?

Ok and so ovi light would produce heat not sound but I cant find anything on how much heat a solar light would produce

Do you have any equations or numbers along with the question that you have, that may or may not be relevant to this?
To be honest, I don't know what the answer would be either, especially without numbers.

Nope im on odysseyware and I had a project in this class and since I cant do any projects cause our school cant afford the materials my teacher gave me a question to answer and I have no idea how to answer it that's all he gave me.

Was the project based on the question? If it was, then I guess your teacher wanted you to use your results to answer the question.

I just asked him to give me an equation but he changed it to do high energy alt produce heat?
