Draw a ray through the given point, forming an angle with the given line, then bisect the angle. c. Construct a perpendicular through the given point, then construct a line perpendicular to this line through the given point. d. Construct a perpendicular through the given point, bisect the perpendicular segment, then use this length to draw a circle centered at the given point.
