The panda is an endangered species that feeds on bamboo, which only grows in certain forests. How will the destruction of such forests affect the panda's population growth? a-there will be no effect on reproduction, so its population growth will be uniform. b-population growth will be limited due to increase in competition for food. c-Due to adaptive qualities of the panda species, its population will increase.

What Kawaii was trying to say, is that the crackheads (and the pandas) would fight each other. Supporting the answer of B, that the pandas would compete for the bamboo.
