Here, think backwards...
So you have 7.347 * 10^-5
Remember that you CAN NOT have any scientific notations that are in the tens column
So you move the decimal back like so...
10^-1 = .7347
10^-2 = .07347
10^-3 = .007347
10^-4 = .0007347
10^-5 = .00007347
And the same works backwards as well.
